Training and Support Provided: You will participate in a two-week training program at the corporate offices. The first week is devoted to learning United's systems and procedures. The second week is devoted to seeing the systems implemented by working with existing franchisees in their local territories. A third week of training is provided in your territory. United provides full customer service, operations and marketing support on a continuous basis. |
